Published by AUB’s Issam Fares Institute in July 2021, the working paper examines Turkey’s political, economic and humanitarian activity in Lebanon within a wider foreign-policy frame.

One section focuses on relations with Turkmen communities, especially Kouachra and Aydamoun, considering both the local effects of development aid and debates over regional influence.
