According to TİKA’s 8 May 2023 institutional report, solar-panel systems were installed at Kouachra High School and the multipurpose hall built in 2022. The institution said the systems supported school lessons, Turkish courses, student study spaces and different parts of the hall.
The report also mentions sports rooms for catch-up education and a guest room for language and culture researchers. These are institutionally stated uses; the systems’ current technical condition needs separate verification.
